"Hanukkah at WAM" A Collaboration between WAM and Worcester JCC

Holidays - Parade/Celebration

Enjoy WAM's First Free Sunday with this special event!

Drop in Art Activities: 11:00 am – 3:00 pm
• Candy Dreidels
• Stained Glass project
• Foam Dreidel craft
• Hanukkah Origami

Activities in Café: 11:00am – 3:00 pm
• Menorah Display
• Meet Mensch on the Bench
• Play Dreidel games

Food: The Chubby Chickpea Food Truck featuring cutting edge Middle Eastern Cuisine will be in the Tuckerman Lot 11:00 am – 3:00 pm. The SIP cart will be in the Lancaster Lobby. (Please note the Museum Café will not be open on this day.)

Storytime in Library:
• 11:00 am: "Sadie’s Almost Marvelous Menorah"
• 12:00 noon: "Hanukkah Bear"
• 1:00 pm: "Hershel and the Hanukkah Goblins"

Music: Wachusett Jazz Group will be playing an assortment of Christmas and Hanukkah favorites, 2:00 pm in the Renaissance Court

The Giving Tree:
During this season of giving, what better way to share with others than to provide to children less fortunate than we, to help keep them warm throughout the winter months.
Please stop by the Education Department of WAM and place your donations of new children’s mittens, gloves, and hats on our “Giving Tree.” Donations will be accepted until January 5th, 2020 and distributed to local groups.
